We purchased a new Haval H6 from this dealership & it was absolutely faultless all the way to the end great staff very helpful even went as far as picking us up from the airport can highly recommend buying a haval from this dealership
New Peugeot broke down and had to be towed to this authorised agent for servicing. 2 weeks later and the car had not even been plugged in for an OBD check to see what was wrong. Steph from servicing became rude and unhelpful, refusing to give an estimated time for repairs. We removed the car from SMGDN and relocated it to CHCH for diagnostics and repair. Peugeot owners beware! Very poor service from this agent.
Brought my Peugeot in for a DPF pouch change so more than $1000 later and all I’ve had is problems with the car and its clutch because apparently the car had to be reset to new because they didn’t know how to get the car to register the DPF. Response to reply: oh at least you can tell me what the scan said on a review but not when I called up and asked, I’ll bring it in for another scan but I’m not paying another $1000 for it
As for car sales about the same but cars are tidy , they do specialized in some models best to view.
Made me think twice about second hand car dealers. Have been very helpful and attentive to aftermarket needs. Have now bought a second vehicle from them and having nothing but praise for the service.

An indicator on my car unknowingly was failed for friends VTNZ restricted test. Went to a few places, my car is European and Southern Motor Group promptly and helpfully replaced indicator bulb for $6. Thanks so much!
Well I've dealt with a lot of car yards over the years these guys would be the best ever had a little problem with my vehicle but was sorted out quickly Nick always keeps in touch that to me is really nice the ute was delivered back to my place didn't need to go up and pick it up they are a great team. Thanx to Nick Neville and Steve.
Visited the parts dept and the guy who served me was very helpful and friendly. In my opinion he went well out of his way to help for what was a very low cost part. This was very much appreciated and would definitely go back when other parts required
Trouble with my Foton from the start. I felt discriminated against and recently was told that I needed to pay for 2 excesses whilst still under warranty. Wasn't until I mentioned lawyer and 'a number of complaints' being laid, magically the costs were found to be 'covered'. Absolute villains!!!! Never again and my advice is to go elsewhere.
