Huge shout out to Mitchell, stayed with us throughout the process till my wife drove out the gate in her new car. The whole team there were helpful, went over and above with the service we received. Mitchell deserves a pay rise! Keep up that good customer service team.

Financial services are so bad that they will make it hard for you to buy if you are not their type of customer. Customer services are so bad and arrogant in the way that they deal with customers. I am talking about those who are in the office. Buying a car cheaper than others does not mean being arrogant. I prefer to pay more but to have my respect.

One day after purchase my car warning light came on and back seat belt isn’t retracting have had nothing but lack of contact this whole time and wanting to return car I have no response at all. Do not recommend especially if you are like me with 2 young children and now an unsafe car and a debt to pay off.

Excited to purchase a vehicle but I got nothing but lack of contact and being told sorry I thought I emailed a reply etc. I was clear in all my communication and I constantly had to chase  up. I wouldn’t recommend turners after my experience this past week. Very disappointing

loved my experience with the team at turners! very easy to talk with, easy process with my trade in. the team had a lot of knowledge and everything ran smoothly, in and out within a couple of hours.
