Lovely lady with magic scissors BUT has no idea how to do colours n she uses supermarket colours on ppl with black hair. But with me she has no idea how to blonde hilights. She brushed bleach up n down strands of hair. Not good plus used wrong side of tin foil. Couldn’t see my hilights n hair was still wet but she HADNT to leave with her husband at 6pm so the other paying customer was giving a hair dryer to dry her own hair. It’s creepy having her hubby there. Not as if he does anything. Just sits there. So rude. Customers come first not hubby. My hilights are a joke. Cant see them. I rang her n she blames the the ash toner I asked for but I use that everytime. Just BS excuses n trying to put onto me but I’ve put her into consumer affairs n they will get my money back. She wanted to redo my hair n not even a week old. I don’t think so. She may be able to cut hair but has no idea when it comes to lighter hair n colourings. Oh well it’s all in the hands of the Ombudsman n consumer affairs. She’s not ever touching my hair again nor treating me as second class. How’s the other paying customer had to dry her own hair n we were out as she n her hubby were out at 6pm So rude. As a hairdresser myself u stay til last customer is finished. Plus she’s made the top of my hair turn a tarnish ginger colour Gross
