My father has just moved out of Arcare Malvern East to another home in a more convenient location which puts us in the unique position to provide a truly unbiased review of this lovely Residential aged care facility.nFrom our first visit to Arcare we were shown such warmth and hospitality, and that continued through the time my dad lived there. The staff are calm, friendly, kind and genuinely care about the lives of residents and their families alike.nThe facilities are beautifully decorated - calm and relaxed. The social activities and outings are well-organised even during Covid. The food especially the choices, wine and temperature was very good and for those who are not familiar, meals become a very important signpost in the lives of residents which is why food is so important.nThe nursing staff are wonderful - organised, caring, thoughtful and great communication.nWe are so grateful to the team at Arcare Malvern East special call out to Hassan, Sean, Lisa, Lisa, Denise, Fifi and Marnie off the top of my head.nHighly recommend of course.
The management and staff of Arcare Malvern East set the standard when it comes to the care of our elders, the staff treat the residents and each other with respect and dignity, Arcare Malvern East deserves their 5 star rating and I would not hesitate to recommend them.
Arcare Malvern Rd. Facility is outstanding in care, amenities, excellent staff and activities for the elderly.it has a wonderful team of caring people in an environment where residents are extremely well looked after.
My Dad loves Arcare Malvern East. The staff treat him in a truly caring manner, which is the most important thing for us. I was very concerned how he'd cope once Mum passed away but he's managed better than I ever expected.
