This place is a complete discrace, I walked into the store to purchase a ball bar, duel battery system, electric break system and a UHF for my new Landcruiser Sahara.

When I walked into the store not one person got up to offer me some help, I stood at the counter and eventually someone asked if I needed anything.
I ordered the ballbar and other acessories.
Once all the parts came in  I dropped the car off. 
I had a phone call the next day from ARB saying my ball bar had a scratch on it and they would arrange to have it patched ( $5000 dollar bull bar )
When I went to pick the car up it did have a large scratch in the ball bar as I was told but on top of that the install was second rate!
The plastic from under the wheel arches were hanging down, screws missing and loose.
Then I asked where the out let for the duel battery system was ( which was clearly on the order) the lady pointed to the solar input on the battery under the bonnet???
They said bring it back the following day and they would have the ball bar touched up  ( not re powder coated )and the rear Anderson plug installed that they forgot.
They said they could do it wile I wait, when I got there they said it would take at least half a day so I had to organise for someone to pick me up.
When I returned to pick it up the cable to the Anderson plug just installed was hanging down under the spare wheel !!!!
I just couldn't believe it the sales man took the car back out the back to tidy the job up.

Never again !!! I will drive to ARB in Melbourne to fit out my next car.

The girl that sold me the accessories openly admitted she didn't have a clue how to use the electric brakes systemor anything about the duel battery systems she just sold me I spent over $6000 with these amitures!!
I didn't end up getting the UHF installed I didn't trust them to take my dash apart 

I like the products but never going back I had light force spot lights and the UHF installed at TJM Prospect and they were great 👍
