Service was ok in the beginning, then young attendant who put our purchases through after we paid asked us for more money as SHE made a mistake. When questioned didn't have a valid response and didn't take accountability for her mistake. Blamed the system.More training required as lack.of real customer service presented itself. . Just interested in signing us up.
Mimco being one of my favourite dress jewellery everyday - unfortunately this is my second time that I endured poor service from the staff at this branch West Lakes. It clearly seems they have a problem assisting people of COLOUR! YES - PEOPLE OF COLOUR, blatantly you ignore me and of no help in assisting me when I asked about the jewellery. I am not there for any freebies but to purchase. It's very sad to have to be treated with ignorance. Customer service is the key to a successful branch. Hopefully the management of MIMCO educate these staff how to interact with all customers that come into the store.
A massive thank you to Dani Daniele at Mimco West Lakes. I was very upset with the bag I received in an online order and no one at customer care willing to resolve it. Mimco say you should be happy with your purchase but Danni was the only girl to go out of her way with outstanding customer service, so THANK YOU I my bag now xxx
