I bought earrings that I couldn't open. My daughter couldn't open them. I took them to the store; the assistant couldn't open them. She suggested they weren't earrings???? I wanted a refund as I couldn't use them but was refused. My daughter contacted Consumer Affairs, and told me to go back to the store as they were required to give me a refund. They still refused until I lost my temper. They gave me a refund to get rid of me. Disgusting customer service! Never again.
Excellent range, value for money. We recently visited when they had 40 % sale going. , the store was busy with only one sales person. We were very impressed with her warm and friendly demeanour and efficient and swift customer service.Full marks for securing a long term customer.
Poor customer service. Today we just went to the shop. The girl who is employee over there she didn’t even say hello to us. We passed her smile she didn’t even react and didn’t made any eye contact. Because of that we left the shop without buying anything.
Great shop for unique bags & jewellery. Loads of variety.
This store is always in such a terrible state. I don't blame the staff but it seems like they just don't have sufficient storage for this store so there's always heaps of boxes everywhere and it's so hard to navigate the store. It's a really unwelcome environment and seems purposeful to get people to shop online instead.
Usually good for cheap jewellery you'll wear once as they tarnish quickly. Super annoyed today tho as I'd pur based earring to wear for husbands graduation and took them out the bag to find they'd already broke, now I have none for today that match
Nice range of jewellery, bags and other assorted items.
On one occasion I had a rude staff member tell me I wasn't good enough for what I was purchasing. So I put it back and left. But gave it the benefit of the doubt years later and the staff I dealt with were literally amazing. So kind and spoke to me very polite.
It's a small shop ....but not too bad collection just limited,but the staff members were good and always had a smile on their face.
Definitely the best Colette out there. Great genuine staff who care about you and not just getting sales! Always has a good vibe!
