The team at ARB Kilsyth were very friendly and helpful when organising the fit-out of my new Hilux.  There was a few small issues that I found with the initial fitment, I brought these up with Kyla one of the managers, and within a few minutes she had me booked in to have the issues rectified with no questions.  Vehicle went back in and was sorted out within the day.  Great products and excellent customer service, I would highly recommend ARB kilsyth for all of your vehicle fit-outs and 4x4 accessories

What's not to like about an Australian owned company, making some of their products here, employing Aussies to do so, and largely keeping the Aussie dollar right here?nNot only that, the stuff they sell is of a tough, premium quality, and it looks good too.nTo finish, the customer service i received at their showroom in Kilsyth, was all that one could hope for.nHighly recommended

Had booked in to get a base rack installed. Nathan did a great job in looking after me and even being able to bring the job forward and accommodate my tight schedule. Excellent service and they even sorted out a couple other issues with my canopy that I had forgotten about. Very happy and will be back!

After 6 years of faultless performance of my ARB Ascent canopy I experienced a problem with the electronic lock. I dropped in to ARB Kilsyth where an initial inspection was made and a number of options were discussed to remedy the problem in the most economical way possible.nI decided to have the canopy repaired by the ARB service division where the professionals quickly identified the issue and had it sorted in no time.nI then had full details of the repair explained to me which created peace of mind.nI would like to extend my thanks to all the staff I dealt with for their helpful, courteous and friendly manner. A real pleasure to deal with and would highly recommend the team at Kilsyth to anyone needing professional fitment, service and repairs of their equipment.nSteve

Got Ome leaf packs. Never aligned properly. Have had another brand before never had this issue. Might be workshop issue so probably never going here again.
