Ordered and paid for a Sumite mark 2 bull bar in November . Dropped 4wd off in Feb for fitting. Problem was my bullbar was sold to someone else. Went home with out the bar. I was told there were no bars available in Australia until May. Finally had the bullbar fitted 6 months after l had ordered and paid for. Worth the wait it looks great.
FIVE STAR PRODUCTS - WORST CUSTOMER SERVICEnI had a part fail on my arb bull bar well out of the warranty period which I accept it’s been a great product, it’s taken six separate 10 minute calls to them. Then collecting and returning the incorrect part on my time they incorrectly ordered. Now calling them again because another promised call when the order is ready still didn’t happen.nThey were super interested in our business when we had the roof rack, bull bar, side steps, side rails and rear bar on order.nNext time I’ll just order an aftermarket version of the part and move forward.
ARB initially had poor workmanship on a ARB baserack. Holes cut in the plastic trim by ARB were very poor.nnTo ARB’s credit they reached out and fixed the issue by replacing the plastic trim. Thanks and great to see that they stand by the workmanship of the fitters.
Popped in to get a quote, for some future 4x4 assessorys we are think of. Managed to spot the new Ford Ranger Wildtrak V6 in the car park, fully equipped, nice. I especially liked the new bull bar setup. Looking forward to returning when some of the other accessories become available.nA quick shout out to Darcy for all the good oil.
Dropped my car off today for a problem with a rear air locker which ARB installed nearly 5 years ago, diff pulled out, problem diagnosed, ARB put it through as a warranty claim - no charge. Always buy and get your lockers and have them installed at an ARB branch, you will get a quality job, the back up service is honest and amazing. Very happy with the customer service at Kilsyth. Been dealing with them for 10 years now. Top company and products.
