How disappointing to have rude arrogant staff that are unwilling to help customers who actually want to buy your products.

I found this store and found some cufflinks that I would like to purchase for my fiance for Christmas. The Shopkeeper was very nice and said he would order the ones I wanted in and call me when they arrive.

I called up 2 weeks later to find out when they would arrive because I do not live close by and want to organise a time to go into the city.

Another shopkeeper answered and was completely rude and arrogant. He told me they had been ordered but sold already and if i didn't have a deposit they won't order them for me. It would have been nice if they told me that when I was in the store 2 weeks ago. The man told me to just come in a few times over the next few days and see if they are here. But I told him that I do not live close, his response was "oh well."

I told him how disappointed I was and if anyone going to call me at all? He said "ok thank you goodbye" and hung up on me.
