Service is always thorough and professional Staff are always friendly Unfortunately Google reviews provide a forum for people who aren't even clients nor have they ever raised their concerns with the organization to damage a business for their agendas or that of other people seeking to benefit from it If your seeking financial advice speak to Aperio for an unbiased opinion, initial consultation is complimentary They will listen to what your needs and situation is and provide appropriate guidance to how they can assist, if they can't they will suggest who can With strong relationships with other professionals such accountants, tax advisers, solicitors, financiers - client needs are covered

Terrible customer service, terrible communication - steer clear! I was looking for a financial services company to help me with my personal and business finances. I had a chat with Marcus on the phone who sounded very professional and arranged to meet him after hours on a Thursday. I was stood up that Thursday and never got a call the next week from Marcus or Aperio. I called and Marcus claimed to both text and email me to cancel, although I received neither. He did not call to confirm either. I thought I would give them another chance and the benefit of the doubt though as their website looked good and he sounded professional on the phone. I met with Marcus who again came across very professional and I made it clear I was interested in becoming a regular paying client (and pay a monthly fee for his services). To get started I sent them my finances for my company so I could get my tax returns. Marcus promised me they would get on to them the next week and we would go from there. In total it took over 2 months to have my returns done. Most of my emails were ignored by Marcus and his colleague Mahen. In fact the few responses I did get from Mahen were short and quite rude. When I called the office to try and get hold of Marcus and find out what was happening, he never accepted my calls, nor did the other manager get back to me when I called to try and find out why I was being treated as such a low priority. I constantly made a big effort with these guys and constantly got made to feel incredibly unimportant. When they finally did lodge my returns they got a lot of my details wrong and did not call once to go through them with me. Thoroughly dissatisfied.
