Most lenders will only look at a borrower’s assets and income when assessing a loan. Quantum will also look at the strength of the legal claim. Most lenders require borrowers to make regular repayments of their loans. Quantum does not require any repayments until the legal claim is settled or funds are received from the litigation. Where legal work is undertaken by an approved firm on a no win no fee basis, a Quantum loan can also be offered on the same basis.

Quantum can also assist law firms to improve their cash flow where conventional lenders cannot. Quantum loans can enable approved deferred fee clients to pay monthly bills.
