Hopeless. I went to do a BAS statement as I'd never done one before. They thought it was pretty funny. They also thought it was pretty funny that I don't earn much money. They did a really basic job of it and made me pay ATO $500. I recently did my return with my regular accountant and she said I should have paid nothing and got a $90 refund. They charged $170 which seemed a lot for a ten minute job. Finally I asked for a receipt. They didn't seem to understand, so I explained; a tax receipt for accountant services, totalling $170. The guy sat down at his PC and generated a receipt from scratch using Word. An accountant that doesn't do tax receipts!!

Payments are accepted direct, cheque, eft, credit card or from tax refund. Strong relationships with other professionals such as solicitors, Conveyancers, financiers, mortgage brokers, financial advisers providing additional services to clients as required.
