So Dirty !!!! Entrance floor mat looks as though its never been steam cleaned let alone vacuumed, when its raining the mat turns into mud, floors are always dirty, there is always dust everywhere, last time i was paying for petrol i felt a hot breeze on my face looked up and saw the dirtiest air conditioner I've ever seen in my entire life, dry reached in my mouth. Disgusting ! have brought it up to the young indian girl, she couldnt care less !

Worst service and rude and aggressive management. No toilets food below par and over priced. Pushy up selling of products. Consule employees ok but poorly paid. Fuel rating is RON so check efficiency with other fuel outlets.

Rude Staff!!!!! I always love going to Apco because they have friendly customer service but today May-21-2017 when I went there, my partner filled fuel and I didn't look at total price as I thought I would just say the number of fuel I was using so I went to the counter and said "number 10" and she said "10 dollars please" so i used my card and walked out. I was a bit surprised 10 dollars cuz usually we use around 30 dollars while filling fuel but thought maybe my partner only filled little today. so when I went to car and was just asking him how much he filled fuel then staff came out and said that I paid for wrong counter, and said that I lied about my fuel, and I said "I did say number 10" she starts yelling," you said number 6, and 10 dollars", but How would I know that number 6 had consumed 10 dollars fuel anyway and I definitely said number 10. and being a well known fuel service station customer-service staff, she would need to have professional friendly nature and at least apologising the misunderstanding she had, because it was definitely her fault hearing me wrong. but no, she kept giving me the angry look and no thanks or sorry or anything, she made me walk out very angry and because of she making me walk back in for paying again, someone behind us who was waiting to fill fuel, they abused us yelling using rough words. WE ARE SO DISAPPOINTED. It was around 1:30-145 PM, she looked South-asian nationality. but clearly she wasn't well trained or liked her job or know what she was doing.

Lower fuel prices than in city PLUS decent service, what else do you need.
