My go to place for everything. New store looks great!nBrilliant selections at both the deli and bakery which are both manned.nNice layout through the vegetable and fruit section to the meats.nHaving a section just for alternative foods, eg dairy free is brilliant, although it would be great to have a bit more option of brands.nAlways friendly and helpful staff.nnEdit: store already looking run down. Lots of chiller handles broken and missing. Shelves often missing products.
Online shopping has been very unreliable. Orders not delivered, they change delivery dates without notifying the client, no communication at all, deliver to wrong address, etc. Stock ordered never seems to be available on the delivery day, yet is available when you order online. Rotten produce and broken items received on numerous occassions. Would definitely not recommend until the service improves.
Pricing was incorrect on more than 1 occasion making it miss leading.nNo one answered the phone so that I could let them know that 11 of their carpark rubbish bins are over flowing.

A dis-service to New Zealand. Useless online order system, never get what you asked for, even if you opt in to substitute items they still don't even do that. Terrible communication with customers if there is an issue that effects them. Despite multiple complaints with them directly, the issues are never resolved. People choose online ordering for convenience however, at Woolworths it will cause you more problems, more time wasted, and utter frustration combined with disappointment. On top of this, the everyday rewards system is a joke, often sending promos to customers to win points, upon being informed they won, they are then emailed again to say it was a mistake and subsequently have the points wiped from their account. I used to question why woolworths, formerly countdown, has so many issues with theft and violent attacks at their stores but now I am starting to understand.
