Tried to sell milk that was 6 days past its best before date. Been shopping here weekly for like 8 months now, and only twice has a basket been available to use, there must only be one in the store. Often they’ve run out of the particular product ranges from fruit to meat to frozen items that I’m after for that specific shop.
My go to place for everything. New store looks great!nBrilliant selections at both the deli and bakery which are both manned.nNice layout through the vegetable and fruit section to the meats.nHaving a section just for alternative foods, eg dairy free is brilliant, although it would be great to have a bit more option of brands.nAlways friendly and helpful staff.nnEdit: store already looking run down. Lots of chiller handles broken and missing. Shelves often missing products.
Carpark areas near store are filthy. Full of litter and look like they haven’t been swept in months. Gardens throughout car parks are overgrown and full of weeds :
Hi I just shopped at Gisborne Woolworths.nI was served by Hawiiki.he was polite and helpful Carried on conversing with this young man and I mentioned I had lost my rewards card in-store.nHe said it might be in lost items.nHe Went there and retrieved the cards that were there. Happily it was amongst them, so I don't have to try and get another one.nSo I just wanted to acknowledge Hawiiki who made my day. Beautiful manners.nRegards from Adrianna.
Big and new lovely looking inside,prices on some items are a bit costly,no doubt an increase over time,parking limited and congested due to construction,I think a new carpark where the old countdown was,PNSave still my goto shop.
