Went in for petrol and LPG , the staff member was seemingly unable to understand quite what I wanted.nPut diesel into Van paid and left without LPG .nMy reason for not purchasing the LPG was the staff member rolled her eyes in disrespect .nTo that end I will never use this BP again.nRob the Boomer

Was 4 stars now 1. All pumps on prepay. Have to waste time going in to release pump, back out to fill car, back in to pay. Waste of time. Put on some staff during peak/busy times to accommodate this. Not a SERVICE station, because there is no service. Shame this place once had great service.
Live around the corner and my wife and I have been getting our fuel from here 25+ years. When i popped into get mower fuel mix .. sorry we don't do that anymore, today dropped in fill car and BBQ gas bottle.. sorry can't fill gas no qualified staff.. will never go here again.. small things count.
Young blond lad trying hard to promote more coffee sales where others young guy was dumping on him in front of clients. And not a good look to bad mouth the company in front of others. Not good!!!!
