Went in to buy a 5 litre can and put petrol in car. Finished filling can and went to put balance of order in car and found that due to short hose wouldn't get to car. Put down hose and moved car forward so hose would reach, but the pump timed out. Went back inside to advise person behind counter who in a surly manner, because I obviously interrupted his coffee break,told me he would have to restart pump so went back to car to restart filling thinking he had restarted pump. Stood waiting until another attendant yelled out that he was still restarting pump. OK I might have done the wrong thing putting down the hose while I moved the car forward but feel his attitude needs to be looked at. I have been a regular at this service station for a number of years but no more.
this is prob the worst BP i have ever been to . Took him forever to make 3 small hot choc and 2 cuppachinos. Prob took him 20 min.
Terrible service. Stood at counter while ignored by 2 staff members. Finally the younger girl came over and not a hello or a smile nothing. So unfriendly. Infact she looked absolutely miserable. If you don't have customer service skills then you probably shouldn't be dealing with customers. Won't go back there again!
A Shambles, staff are too inexperienced, all i heard when i went in was swear words and how blind drunk they got over the weekend, refused my son access to the toilets to the toilet because we hadn’t bought anything yet, i said it would be a bit weird if he bought a pie and took it into the toilet….. absolute worst customer service. petty and childish staff. They need training
Worst coffee ever. And so cold should have called it an ice coffee. Went back & he tried to warm it in the cup. Threw it out & bought another one down the road. Won’t be coming back
