I went down to ANZ Roxburgh Park to set up an account. I was served by Carol, she is a lovely woman. It was quick and pretty straight forward saved my time. All staff that I met are really friendly.
Huss Elmaoula /Home and Investment Lending Manager is the best ANZ bank manager I have ever dealt with. He exceeds in his kindness and support. Huss Elmaoula puts in some much time and effort to make sure tasks are complete. He maintains regular communication and answers my calls even outside of work hours. Staff are trying there best and are very friendly but lack of tellers makes it very slow and very disappointing

On line service too slow take way too long to answering
Zero customer service, lazy follow ups, worst net banking. Phone lines worst. Best in charging clients fees and charges. Negative star is preferred
Worst experience I've had at any ANZ branch ever! No assistance or customer service at all and not willing to assist you with anything. They were only interested in making $10 than losing us as a customer.
