Don't make other plans if you're planning on popping into this branch. 3 workers standing at the entrance to greet people and do sweet f.a whilst a single teller sits at the window serving an entire queue of people at the speed of a dead snail. 20 minutes to serve 3 people What a joke.
They treat their customers as second class citizens. I received no respect whatsoever. Got passed on from one person to the next. Was there for something that would normally take 5mins but ended up being there for over an hour. Left with a migraine. Still in shock over the behaviour that was displayed. Unprofessional.
How are we suppose to organize cash withdrawals if you guys don't answer your calls leave a message and still responnce.
