This Branch has gone down hill, it seems every visit it gets worse and worse. They do not want any face to face interactions, During Summer I has to wait an hour in the sun to be seen, 45 minutes to get to the door, then told to wait aside when asked what I needed to do, only to be forgotten, and another staff member asked me why I was "Just standing there" to then tell me they can't help me. When you do get to go inside, you will notice they have blocked off all bar 1 service Window Staff will also lie to you, I helped my father transfer money to a brokerage, something very simple, they asked to confirm the details, and I specifically told them to make sure the reference number was accurate, and she confirmed that was okay, long story short, the money was temporarily lost, understandably a stressful situation. When there was an attempt to resolve the issue bank side, they told us "we asked you if you're sure it's a scam or not" After we pressed them on the issue, they then changed it to "we told you we can't use letters in a reference number" No, we weren't told that, we were told the opposite The Manager backed the staff member up like we were the liars, and told us to just call the complaints line, and then confirmed that would, in no way, help us get the money back. Thankfully, the company we sent the money too, after a few days of digging, found the transaction and was able to rectify the issue on their end. Oh not to mention, even if it was a scam, the money was sent to another ANZ account, so they admitted they can't and/or won't help even if the money is in an account they have direct access to as a company. Honestly some of the worst service I have seen from any business, period.
Slow, only one counter open to serve you .. guess they save money not employing more people thus keeping more Aussies out of work..
Honestly, I went in today, and it was busy, but was served relatively quickly. The lady who served me was calm, professional and helpful.
Waited 45mins in line with my 16yr old son who wanted to open his first bank account for work. Was told we had to book online. Walked up to Westpac who saw him straight away and opened an account for him. 5 stars Westpac. 0 stars Anz.
REALLY NEEDS ZERO STARS!!!!!!!!! where do i begin? My daughter opened an account with this bank 2 months ago, because she got her first job. a computer problem on their end has seen us prove her identity 7 times and they STILL havent rectified the problem. They wont let her access her funds, or use her online app to spend money. But she can change details, pin numbers and all on the app. Sounds secure right??????????? the documents she used to open her account to verify her identity have since been destroyed. We have provided them with every document they have asked for but they still wont accept. She was in tears this morning after again trying and failing to get Her hard earned money . At this point, all we want is for them to give her her money and close the account. I will be doing the same thing.. I have been a customer of theirs for over 20 years and im out!!!!!!! i want nothing to do with them again and i WOULD NOT recommend their business to anyone! Customer service is absolutely atrocious too.
Dont go to this rude branch , went to make a new account with them and had a very rude guy who talked down to me and would not listen to me and what account I needed , very unhelpful and rude I would avoid at all costs unless you like being treated like trash
Useless!!! Completely. Not a single branch. Got with ING or someone better.
The worst Customer Service Ever Shame on you ANZ Morayfield. Opened my sons acc online then stated on his letter to head into our nearest ANZ branch only to be treated like dirt and advised to book an appointment and then waited for the manager who never showed up and then their doors closed so bloody rude.
Ticketing system is great if a "business customer" they jump the queue. "A" button customers ordinary get shunted down the line every time a "B" ticket is issued. At least two "customers" who had B numbers were served ahead of me. They came into the bank after I had. Won't bother with the branch again and look forward to paying off the card and telling ANZ to........
