They keep spamming customers to update their Tax number. When I called them, they said this is required by ATO! Well, ATO don't say to keep spamming/annoying your customers. Their SMS system is nothing but a rubbish.

Fantastic service, no monthly fees, no 1 hour waiting on the phone to speak to someone, friendly staff, not busy, what more do you want. I love this friendly bank.

This bank is a joke.  We have a mortgage with UCA and are looking to take a second mortgage.  CUA Morayfield do not return call and do not answer the phone during business hours.  This bank is clearly not interested in service to existing customers or assisting with new loans.

My experience has been rather bad. Been with them for many years but definitely looking  at taking  my business elsewhere. Gave the homeloan women  information  then she claims it was never given to her nearly  2 weeks later. Not impressed

Absolutely fantastic staff and by far the easiest bank I have ever dealt with for personal loans and my home loan 100% would recommend to all

Suppliers of great banking services without the high fee structures.
