No stars after being with the bank for 43 years we were treated as a second class we paid our home out nearly 7 weeks ago still waiting for confirmation that it is paid out all we got was a hand written deposit slip and the date stamp covering our names they said they couldn’t give us a printed one . It took them 4 days to process our payment and then tried to charge us 4 days interest 2 weeks latter another statement still trying to charge interest but said our home loan was closed and then last week another statement came saying we owed $26.15 interest and account fees got this refunded but still no letter of closure . Why can they send 3 statements saying we owe them yet can’t send our letter of closure. 4 complaints and still nothing but excuses . Have now closed every account with them never to return . If no letter next week will be going to ombudsmen for help. Natasha was the person who served us she had no idea what she was doing she asked 3 people what to do and still got it wrong
Not giving commonwealth the five stars just Stacey who served us . What a champion , she was very apologetic about the service but we assured her we were employees once and understand motherhood statement s give the bank a sense of satisfaction but it means nothing to customers. Just wanted to say if you are in morayfield com bank I hope you all fserved by Stacey. I would give her 10 points if I could.
If other banks offered kids accounts via the school I'd definately go there. Every 3 or so months my children take money from their accounts to spoil themselves and im questioned. Must be important for this amount of money to be taken from both your children's account!! um excuse me!! My children don't have jobs who do you think puts the money in their accounts to begin with! I just find certain staff their rude.
Refused to help us open up a trust account without giving any reason and told us to find help elsewhere. The woman was rude to my partner who came in to open our account under the advice from our accountant... I'll be closing my savings account with them.
Not directed at this morayfield branch however comm bank as a whole is the worst bank in Australia. Very dishonest and sneaky, changing payments, customer service is poor. Avoid this bank.
I went to use the ATM for coin deposit this morning, it was out of order as usual, i then waited 40 minutes for the branch to open to be told use the machine, when i said it was not working, i was told it cannot be fixed and they wont count coins over the counter. I then asked so where does that leave me? Her response was “oh well” literally OH WELL and shrugged her shoulders. I am sick and tired of the attitude and rudeness of the staff at this branch.
Would of left no stars if it was an option. After 3hrs of waiting the staff member assured us the issue was fixed. We then went out of the bank and realised it wasn’t. Returning to the bank we had to wait in queue again. The way the staff treated the elderly was atrocious.
Would give them no stars if possible, sent my partner down to book an appointment to lock in rates. She was met with "It's to hard to do just do it online"
Couldn't pay me to step foot in this bank again! 3 hours of wasted time and then not even one staff member to return my 3 phones calls. Disgusted that any of you even have a job
Natasha was so so helpful ! Such an asset to your company. She went above and beyond for us and I really appreciate that. I always get greeted by a very friendly and helpful member of staff too so thank you : I have banked with you for nearly 7 years and always very Happy with the service
