Good range of equipment but that's about all. Don't waste you're time with personal trainers or the free consultation. I waited 2w+ until I got a response via txt the first time & then got ghosted. The second time I waited a week before the same by a trainer I was assured is 'always on top of it'. If this is their standards then literally anywhere else is better

You’ll put in your details to sign up, and they’ll constantly call you until you pick up. Like, you’d think after 4 missed calls, they’d get the hint. Sorry but I’ve found a better gym that doesn’t hassle people.

Great spacious gym with everything you need, new, updated, clean equipment, friendly staff and constant giveaways and competitions. Not to mention the AF app, which tells you approx how many people are in the gym, great for those who like to go when its quiet!nnShannon Watkins

Great facilities and equipment.  Very clean and other members have been helpful to show how to use the equipment and perform the exercises correctly.  Big thanks to Liam and Kaleb.
