Great place for someone who doesn't just want to say that they have joined a gym, but wants to actually make a lifestyle change. It has certainly been a positive change for me!

Jason and his team are always their to help you through your session. Every workout is enjoyable and can be adapted to suit how you feel on the day and allow you to reach your next fitness goal. The concept is a structured workout on the board lead by the trainer who guides you on how to do each exercise and adjusts the session to your personalised needs. They teach you how to do each exercise to get the best results and prevent injury.

The club also motivates people to do other activities and work towards a fitness goals. I have been attending EFM for just over 2 years and have lost 20 kilograms and gone from barely able to run a kilometre to finishing the city to bay. Completed a triathlon, done True Grit, the Stadium Stomp and participated in dragon boat racing amongst other activities. This was all organised and motivated through EFM Mawson Lakes.

The gym also offers a social side with everyone pushing each other during a session while making it a fun and ego free environment(no mirrors in this gym). There is also Pilates, running club, exceptional personal training on site and other social activities on offer. 

I enjoy every session or activity I attend with the Mawson Lakes Moose and can't thank and recommend Jas and his team enough.
