Been going for a month and I love this gym! I feel so welcomed and the staff are super helpful and friendly. The place is never too overcrowded and I don't have any complaints about this place. :)

Great facilities, with a few power racks and a free weights area. There are a couple of mirrored spaces for classes or independent work too. Nicely maintained and clean space. Happy to work out here every day!

Best pt selection in Adelaide. Would like the cardio closer to weights for hiit circuits but anytime is consistent

A spacious, modern gym with views. The place is clean and equipment is well maintained. There's two seperate exercise studios in addition to the main gym area. Staff are friendly and helpful. There's always good music playing with no annoying ad breaks! I've been to a lot of gyms and this one's my fave. Bonus points for the handy location - just down the hall from my office!
