Just go with another service provider. I enquired, was basically harassed by my ‘Career Guru’ over email to complete my enrolment immediately even though I had plenty of time. I had to ask her to please stop contacting me so frequently as it was quite stressful. They changed the study days for my course and didn’t notify me. And then they cancelled the course 4 days before it was supposed to start. The entire process was unprofessional, and has held up my career progression at work for a few months. Disappointed to say the least. Have now enrolled with another provider here in Adelaide and the service has been much better.
***Warning**** Do not study with Australian Institute of fitness it was the worst experience. I did my diploma in remedial massage over a year ago the course was extremely poorly run. There was multiple times where I would drive an hour and a half to attend class and there would be no teacher there to even teach the class. It was extremely unprofessional and clear that the teachers had an issue with each other and with the company they were working for. The class was pretty much teaching themselves. Now a year later they have contacted me saying that I owe them $1500 with no supporting documentation and just told me that my payment plan was set up wrong although the amount that I paid was the agreed-upon for the course with a discount for signing up by a certain date now they’re saying that that’s not the case and I owe this money after a year and being told that there was nothing outstanding after my final payment. There was a lot of things promise to me over the phone by the man that signed me up, a free nutrition course that I was never given and a lot of things about the course that was just straight up lies. I have tried to go back and access my enrolment agreement which they sent to you via link in an email all my enrolment documents say documents not found when you click the link so if you do decide to to study with this company make sure you screenshot everything take copies of everything because they told me it will take three days to get my enrolment agreements over to me and I can’t access them myself anymore it is dodgy. Do yourself a favour don’t waste your time or money study somewhere else.
Lachie Veal was a huge help. While my son was too young to enrol in a course he still went out of his way to provide some useful modules on youtube that my son could watch to help keep his interest. I enquired at a number of places and no one else went out of their way like this. So happy with the help and support provided before even signing up. Will definitely be in touch once he's old enough. Absolutely appalling company if i could rate no starts i would. I commenced a course and due to serious unforeseen health issues arising, I lost some of my site & was unable to continue the course. Even after explaining this to the company they are still demanding I pay thousands of dollars towards a certificate I won’t be able to use. I was told the course would be 100% self paced & can take as long or as little time as possible to complete the course yet I received emails regarding deadlines they expected me to meet that I wasn’t told about prior to signing up. If I were you I would avoid this training provider at all costs!
Rude staff and disappointing enquiry experience. I just called them few more times to compare the information making my decision. And this guy named Denial got very impatient to some of my questions. Said no discount and asked hilariously what I was gonna do if I didn’t enroll with them, cuz there was really not many option in Adelaide to choose a qualified massage course. Well he might be too confident, several institutions in Adelaide provide great remedial massage courses and they are much cheaper. And he also told me to learn a lesson from blabla… who are you there telling me to learn a lesson?! Probably you should first learn a lesson to show your respect and patience to your customer. Based on my enquiry experience, I will not recommend anyone enrolling a course with them. You can be threatened or bullied by their staff once you sign up the contract.
