Pretty disappointed in a company that supplies uniforms to a multitude of organisations could be incredibly disorganised and lacking in communication. Ordered uniforms for uni at the start of April, have had no communication since. Spoke to someone today to see where they are, only to be informed that they have been out of stock for a while, and wouldn’t be getting a resupply until June. I was asked if I would fit into a small, where I’m a dude who regularly uses the gym. Terrible support, terrible communication, will not be dealing with this place again. Look elsewhere if you are able.
As with many other reviewers, I've found this organisation to be disastrously disorganised. Five months of attempting to contact them to have emails outright ignored, or responding only after frequent prompting, often weeks after requesting information. Charged twice for a uniform, and their administration is so poor they are 'unable' to track payments despite receiving remittance advice, order numbers and invoice numbers. Uniforms also ill fitting, uncomfortable, and poorly made. Myself and peers won't be purchasing clothing there again.
I’ve ordered scrubs from andrew’s clothing last week or so. Order was a top and a pant. What came in the mail was two pants, no top. Called the company and they said they’ll send the top, just have to send back one pant. Not satisfied with the lack of attention to detail. Hopefully the top comes as per my order.
Great service! I ordered a large quantity of uniforms for all of my staff and Murray took me through every step of the way. To design, test fitting and final drop off. I could not be happier with the service. Very fast service with a very competitive price! Thanks for all of your help!
Cannot recommend Scott and the team highly enough. Sorted all my staff requirements with full uniforms. Sizing process was a breeze and the end products where perfect. Will keep on using as we have been for many years.
very very slow at organising orders. have been waiting 3 weeks to get uniforms delivered only to be told that the person organising it has been on holidays so nothings been done. called to check the process of the order and they couldn't find the order... not impressed considering we have ordered a bulk order with staff already started!!
A warning to all who think of buying scrubs. I am not one to usually post reviews but I am one to read them. Bought and paid for my scrubs in early December 5 months later and 5 phone calls as to where they are, I am left with an incomplete order and another month to wait. Zero stars and zero for proactivness. Apperntly Chinese new year is an actual excuse for not shipping my order for 5 months. On top of that they told me that all the girls are buying the male scrubs. Well I'm not sure if they realise that I work where they make scrubs for, but I have never seen that. Here's my advise... Buy scrubs else where. My work doesn't mind.
Really impressed with the service at Andrews Corporate Clothing! We moved from a different provider who we had been using for years and are really happy with the level of service we have received. Good range, friendly staff and prompt service.
Called on the phone told them my size and i want to come get fitted and help choose a style as it says they help with it on their website. Drive 45 minutes to be told well i dont have any jacket to show you that suits in your size. So i asked about a polo shirt suggestion and got well i cant answer that i can give you a catalogue and you tell me. I reply well if it was you what would you choose im not a fashion or clothing salesperson so obviously looking for guidance. I got the same catalogue and come back when you decide answer thanks for wasting my time!
Excellent Customer Service. I had called to check the status of my order as I had ordered a little late and the woman who answered my call, Lisa, went above and beyond to help me with locating and arranging for me to pick up my parcel before delivery in order to receive it in time for my placement.
