The tour was wonderful. Worth every cent. The itinerary was packed with activities and sightseeing, and our guide Mrs. Topp was great. She knew how to get us the best seats, avoid the queue, and made sure we got the best experience. Plus she was very knowledgeable, and told us lots of interesting facts about Australia and Blue Mountain. Strongly recommended.
From the moment we were picked up from the front step of our hotel, we were welcomed warmly by our guide Robert. Robert then kept us entertained and informed during our trip out west to the blue mountains which was extended due to an accident in the highway. Whether it was his local knowledge, trivia, facts, figures and the odd questionable dad joke, it made the trip out really enjoyable. We explored the Blue Mountains via Echo Point, Scenic World and Megalong Valley, then had a lovely lunch at the beautiful Grand View Hotel at Wentworth Falls. We then travelled back down the range to Featherdale Wildlife Park, which was an amazing little Zoo. We finished a full day with cruise on the Rivercat from Homebush to Circular Quay along the Parramatta River, under the Harbour Bridge and past the Opera House. This was a fantastic way to spend a day - a really clever tour that packs a lot into a day but never felt rushed. This was in no small part to our tour guide Robert, who was not only knowledgeable and informative but had a fantastic, relaxed and caring manner. I'd give him 17 stars if I could!!! I would highly recommend this tour - fantastic value for money and great for someone that wants to take in a lot of Sydney in short time.
My wife, daughter and I took the all day Blue Mountain tour and throughly enjoyed it. Everything was professional and we liked the moderate size of the group. We particularly enjoyed the wildlife park. Our guide, Robert, did a great job.
I took this 12 hours Blue Mountains day trip from Sydney through Anderson Tours on 10th June 2022. 21 seater air-conditioned coaches were decent. It was varied experience through the day at Blue Mountains 3 Sisters, Jamison Valley glass bottomed cable car rides, jungle & coal mine abandoned walks. Small yet spectacular less visited lookout points. A good lunch. Australian Wildlife Park at Featherdale and finally a ferry back to Sydney. The trip was made better by our Tour Guide and Driver Kunal Parikh. Kunal was deeply knowledgeable about Australia's history, original people, fables, evolution, natural resources, ecological evolution, macro economy, local cultures, politics, current affairs and a very eloquent commentator. Kunal's commentary made my visits at various places far more meaningful. Kunal was patient and helpful too. First time travelers to Sydney should do this trip. Recommended.
Really enjoyed day tour to Blue Mountains with Anderson’s. Small group, lots of activities, amazing view points. Super knowledgeable and nice guide Bob and amazing ferry ride back to Sydney Harbor. Highly recommended
We joined the Blue Mountains tour in early November with Tour Guide and Driver Kunal. He has been amazing throughout the tour, regaling us with local tales, wildlife stories and interesting trivia of each spot. The tour covered a few look-out spots on the Blue Mountains, we dropped by Leura for lunch and amazing hot chocolate that Kunal himself recommended, and the Featherdale Wildlife park to feed Kangaroos and pat Koalas through the Park's encounters. Never a moment of boredom on this tour! I'd highly recommend this tour if you're looking to visit Blue Mountains from Sydney!
Kat our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable. Her depth of knowledge was astounding and her jokes were funny. The destinations we went to were the Three Sisters, a trip to Scenic World Scenic Railway, Walkway, Skyway and Cableway, a couple blue mountain lookouts, lunch, and a stop at a wildlife center for injured animals. Overall it was an awesome day and I was able to take many pictures of the sights. I didn't feel rushed and we made it back to Sydney with time to grab dinner. Grabbing breakfast beforehand is recommended though as it would be quite a long morning without food otherwise. Unfortunately Kat didn't answer the question our table posed as to which country's tourists are the best... But I guess since she had Australians, Canadians, British, and Americans at the table it was a somewhat smart move
Our guide, KG was exceptional when explaining about the different attractions and lookouts. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and engaging. Never failed to slot in some humour to get us laughing and having a good time! Will definitely recommend Anderson’s Tour, especially Guide KG! Thank you for the lovely trip, hope to be back soon~ Here are some photos of KG explaining about some trees and wildlife at the National Park Board Walk and everyone was gifted a cute little koala souvenir!
Adam did a great job, he was very enthusiastic and engaged the whole trip. I learnt and saw a lot and have tons of amazing photo's on my phone as a reminder. The blue mountains are breathtaking. Best trip in Sydney so far.
Overall we had a really great day. Our tour guide, Adam, a quintessential Aussie guy, was a fantastic host from the start and right through the day. A perfect balance of being happy to answer questions and be involved but not at all in your face. Like all tours, a lot was packed in to a limited period of time. But I feel that Adam made sure we got the most out of each location that we visited. Giving us the chance to take some really great pictures of the Blue Mountains and telling us a little about the flora and wildlife of the area as well as it's Aboriginal history and more recent mining story. The included pub lunch was really nice in a good location. Scenic World was fascinating and we enjoyed seeing the animals in the wildlife park. Although, I feel that a little longer at Featherdale would have been good. All in all, though, a really good day.
