Would never go to this pathetic store again. The staff - appalling and treat people like thieves and with utter disrespect. Launceston is way better. Oh and the staff here condone customers to attack others for them. All deserve to be sacked what a sad bunch.

The Glenorchy is good for most things but if your after shoes go to Cambridge store, the sizes in Glenorchy is limited!
Worst service ever. I been there for filling gas bottle and they asked me to wait 15 to 20 min after waiting after taking to Ryan for 5 min he said he is coming in 15 to 20 min but after 20 minutes again 15 min waiting and I already asked you if you will be doing that job in 20 minutes I wait otherwise I go somewhere else. Customer service girl Kirale told me he will be here in 20 minutes but after waiting 30 min they just refund me and ask me you can go. Total waste of time.
