Went there for some camping equipment and had a great experience. Shelly at the front counter was incredibly helpful and friendly. She assisted us in a positive and professional manner, making the whole process easy and enjoyable. Great customer service!

Nice large store, but not as big as the Cambridge store. Helpful staff that are easy to find and take their time to help. Plenty of stock and sales items. High quality clothes, bags, camping and fishing equipment.
Amazing Customer service from Sav at the counter! She had an unpleasant customer before us and handled it like a champ and was still able to help us afterwards. Will definitely be back!
I had to unfortunately return some items today. I was immediately greeted by a lovely team member named Chloe. Chloe was friendly and very helpful. Chloe called Amber was called to help process the return. I found Amber extremely efficient and knew exactly how to fix the situation and process my return. While Amber was addressing the return with her manager I had friendly conversations with Chloe and Sav both engaging and lovely ladies.nThank you Amber, Chloe, Sav and Amanda for providing me with great customer service
