Made contact via email regarding a faulty Onkyo receiver. Had a very prompt response from the lovely Eva guiding me in the right direction. Outstanding customer service from our phone call and 2 emails. Highly recommend. UPDATE. A 5 business day turn around from drop off and goods were ready for pick up. Sensational service, all under warranty as the part needed had a well known fault. Could not be happier.
