Got my items delivered safely.nOther stores have been cancelling the order of Gundam card game booster boxes due to high demand. But alternate world did not do that. If you preorder with them you will definitely get your items! Highly recommend!

Thank you for protecting the parcel. The comic issues arrived to NZ in better condition than I imagined. For old and new issues, quality is pristine. It was a wonderful surprise. I’m happy and will buy again. Peter was very helpful.

I’m from interstate so I haven’t been to their store. This was my first purchase through them! it was in safe and secure package and they were fast and efficient in sending it out. Very happy with the service! Definitely recommend. Would love to visit the store one day.

Edit: Finally got back to me with information via text, thanks for communication, also their selection of comics and other books is amazing.nnOrdered on the 13th of August, still no shipping information, website says my order is on hold. I've been charged on my card yet still no information about what's happening with my order. They need to improve their communication skills and hopefully my order arrives soon, I wouldn't be annoyed if i got an email back saying that its on it way or being packed. I sent them a message using the chat feature and i haven't heard back via that either.

Alternate Worlds is perhaps the best and most comprehensive comic store in Australia! They have a phenomenally large range, from old and rare treasures to brand new issues. All items are in fantastic condition, and customer service is always friendly and helpful! Shout-out to Peter who always responds in a timely manner and has helped whenever I've had any questions.nnI highly recommend anyone interested in comics or pop culture collectables to check out the store, either in person, or online! I'm sure you'll find something to get excited about!
