Perfect spot for brunch / lunch. Love their menu though not extensive. Though the price is at the higher end for their portion but the quality of the servings justify it. Waiters were helpful describing the menu as they don’t come with photos. Will return for dinner next time.
Came by to try out the burger because I heard raving reviews about it. I believe I was here on a Friday ard 12.30, we were seated once we entered and ordered almost right away. Coffee was decent, burgers were amazing. I could have two but didn't want to stuff myself. Would definitely recommend the burgers here!
Fantastic food and service. Absolutely fuss-free casual feel with gorgeous little plates of fine dining-style level food. Pricey, but it's worth it. Menu is changed often so you may want to check what's on before you go.
Superb burgers with burst of flavours! Heard a lot good things about the burgers here and came to try their signature Alta burger and Burger roll for variety. For burger lovers and big eaters, one burger may not be enough since the portion is quite small and has no sides. I personally feel that it was just right and I appreciate the thoughtfully curated menu. Alta Burger - Dare I say, everything a burger should have is here. Angus beef, double patty, onions, special sauce on potato roll. The crunchiness of the onions brings out all the flavours of this juicy burger. Brunch Roll - Herby sausage patty, fried egg, cheddar cheese, chilli jam aioli on brioche. Sounds a tad lacklustre based on description but I can assure you it will MELT in your mouth. The egg yolk oozes out and makes it a very wholesome meal. Place is very laid back, airy and bright with an open kitchen so you can see the chefs hard at work. I highly recommend coming here!
Great ambience. Food was AMAZING! The chef personally explained each dishes, very friendly guy. Def a must try place!! Do note that the following food portions pictured are smaller than average sizes but tastes really good. 10/10
best brunch of breakfast place with 5 star black coffee and Alta Burger The trout roe omelette was impressive too! Portion is on a smaller side but good food is more than enough to get a 5 stars
Alta knows what it’s good at and like a fresh high school romance it isn’t afraid of commitment. Simple menu and they get it right. It’s so rare in KL to find a great smash burger in the morning. I had the Alta Burger and you should too. The burger is a statement of confidence. The smash burger is well balanced and leaves out unnecessary fillings. Everything in the burger should be there and is of excellent quality.
I love this place. Smashed patty double cheeseburger is the best I’ve had so far in KL. Reminds me of super high quality cheeseburgers in London, Australia and New York. Brunch burger was great too. Looking forward to coming back for dinner!
Whilst the quality of the food is excellent, the portion for the price is small. The place is also very clean and deco modern. Unfortunately the coffee had a burnt flavour this can easily be improved and the second dish eggs on sourdough came out 40 minutes after the first dish. I think they forgot us when things got busy.
Great cafe with a very comfortable ambience. Semi outdoor space available. The roast beef and mustard of brioche was amazing, packed with great flavours and the roasted beef was tender and juicy. The truffle rabbit was also delicious, but can be a bit overpowering if eaten the whole thing by oneself. Best to share. Service is great with the loveliest stews. However, price can be a bit steep for the portion served.
