Delightful hot pot on a cold winter's night. The soup was very flavoursome. Some of the add on ingredients are a tad over priced. $5 for a handful of shredded cheese, won't be adding that next time.
We always come by here when we want to eat pork schnitzel. Been here many years but the taste is still the best. Also I recomend beef bone stew and spicy cold noodle.
Yummy Korean food with fresh and delicious side dishes. Good place to chill out with friends.
I’ve been here many times, always coming back with friends and making sure we at least order one dish of their signature schnitzel. Always done well, crispy and flaky. But I find it a bit pricey at $26-28 and +$2 for chips instead of rice. The only thing missing here are side dishes! Only kimchi and pickled radish are usually served here.
Read quite a few reviews regarding their signature schnitzel. The schnitzel was light and flaky, but there wasnt too much meat on it. Also had their dumplings, and although the serving was quite large, I've had a little bit better elsewhere. The service was excellent and the premises clean.
Very good meat quality, and serves with purple rice. Good meal portion. Schnitzel bit pricy I feel, probably cause its famous for it. Customer service needs improvement, especially the English level of the waiters.
I loved this place for years but they seem to have changed their flavours. Their sundubu now tastes like spicy water when it used to be my favourite. Also, I went and ordered a clam noodle soup yesterday--literally only three clams in the whole bowl. :
Old post - Love the flavour of the food here. The clam noodle soup and the schnitzels are my absolute favourite. Been here many times and always keep coming back New post - 2 strikes in a row.. very disappointed. Last time was a forgotten order, soup spilt on our bags and getting an order wrong. This time was completely raw chicken schnitzel which we realised after our kids already ate half the thing... What a great way to start the school holidays. You've lost a loyal customer..I was wondering why it was so quiet inside for a Friday night... I guess others have already realised the declining quality. Safe to say we will never be back
Decently priced, generous portion, value for money. Their schnitzels are amazing, light and crispy, meat is tender. How big do you say, honestly bigger than my face; and that's an understatement, I love my food. Definetly should try it. Their chicken ganjung Fried Chicken with a sweet/savoury sauce is really good too. The batter was crispy while the meat was juicy and tender. Can see this is a good place for 'Chimek', beer and fried chicken combo.
Korean restaurant that serves various popular dish and gets them right. Half the menu is geared towards the usual dish to have when you're having soju. The other half is what's interesting. They seem to specialise at schnitzels and noodle soups, since they have many variations of these dish, albeit a bit of odd to see together. The pork schnitzel, served with cabbage salad and rice, is impressively large and crunchy. They claim to have made it by hand, rather than using a machine or buying frozen ones. It's tasty enough to be convinced. Their shellfish noodle soup was also quite nice.
