I helped Aladin do the work and pack up, paid him cash, above his quoted price. He did not offer me a receipt...
The couch, when it dried, had dirt streaks where Aladin had not run the vacuum over. I rang him and he said 'It is not my problem, I did the job, I will not come back.'
I tried for one month to ask him nicely to return to at least inspect the job, he refused, or said 'I will call you.' He never did. I do not trust Aladin of Allstar carpet cleaning. I now will arrange a professional to fix his job. Very disappointed with his lack of integrity.
