AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!!! stay well clear of this outfit. Poor communication and service throughout. I used this company to move my stuff to the UK. It's been and continues to be a nightmare. They got me to complete the wrong paperwork now my stuff is being held in the UK until all relevant forms are completed online. This is all their fault. They told me in an email that I should speak to Pickfords UK from now on which to me sounds like, we have your money, it's over to you to sort the mess out.  A terrible attitude. This is going to cost me a fortune and I have no idea what to do. I put all my trust in this company. I'm losing sleep wondering how I can sort this mess out and how I will pay for it.  It's impacting on my family life. Moving back to the UK was stressful enough without having to deal with all this. Allied Kalgoorlie,  bad bad bad. Stay away. You have been warned. No communication,  no knowledge, wrong information,  mis-guided and fed nonsense every step of the way. Please, stay well away from Allied Pickfords Kalgoorlie. The forms I was given to complete are no longer in use and haven't been for a long time. I now have to complete the long complicated HMRC forms all over again. In the meantime my stuff is being held by customs and a daily financial charge is being incurred. This company is not up to speed with protocols and shipping procedures.

The guys on both ends were lovely and friendly. Kalgoorlie branch were helpful with my storage situation and quotes were very reasonable. They knew my order and who I was each time I phoned. Made life much easier. Thanks

Being first time, I was anxious about the move and didn't know what to expect. However, my relocation from Kalgoorlie to Griffith went quite smoothly, in fact better than expected. The staff at both Kal and Griffith were very friendly and easy to deal with. I guess the only negative would be lack of tracking system otherwise fantastic service.

My experience will Allied Pickfords Kalgoorlie has been nothing but a nightmare. 
Over priced, will tell you nothing but bullshit to get your business. Bad customer service and will handball to another branch to get themselves out of it. It has been nearly 4 weeks and I'm still waiting for my furniture! 
Will never ever use any Allied Pickfords again.
