Clinical Pilates Timetable:
Monday: 2-3pm, 5-6pm and 6-7pm.
Wednesday: 6:00-7:00pm
Friday: 11-12pm
Saturday: 8-9am, 9-10am and 10-11am.

Situated in Melbourne's eastern suburbs, Alliance Health Clinics offers a multidisciplinary approach to your wellbeing.
Based around a fully qualified and registered body of seven Osteopaths, we offer sound and caring treatment for people of all ages. Our experience and knowledge allows us to provide treatment for a diversity of complaints including postural & mobility issues, neck & back pain, arthritic problems, headaches, sports injuries and pre/post natal care; with a special interest in Paediatric treatment.

To more effectively manage your condition and improve your health, we also offer a range of complimentary therapies including Exercise Physiology & Pilates, Naturopathy and Nutritional Medicine.

Each of our highly trained and qualified practitioners will ensure the utmost of care and proficiency in providing effective outcomes from their treatment.

Located in Mitcham Road, Mitcham, Alliance Health Clinics services all neighbouring eastern suburbs including Ringwood, Mitcham, Nunawading, Vermont, Heathmont, Donvale, Blackburn and greater Melbourne.
