Alison Electrical Technology have provided our complex with innovative and effective solutions to access and intercom issues not included by the developers. Many of these issues could have resulted in injury to residents and guests.
Reece and his team have installed and supported all installations, overcoming external providers lack of support for services.
Many of our issues were complex and I believe there are very few companies who are as capable and/or prepared to provide the service we have received.

Charged me $660 to replace two worm drive brass bolts on a Nice dual motor set up, arrived with one of the brass bolts being the wrong thread count, no grease, no rags to clean up. Then severed the motor signal cable when re-assembling one motor, a day later it stopped working but wanted another $130 call out to asses their own work. Terrible.

Beyond incompetent, they completely stuffed the gate installation up at 418 Murray Street. 

The system is constantly broken and either the cars are trapped in the carpark or the gates remain open (not ideal in a inner city location).

Clearly you installed the wrong equipment and mis-specified the job or the install was completed incorrectly. Please finish the job you were paid to do.
