The place is still operational after many years..a new section of the park under construction which is going to be amazing. Free parking free entry to the races . The blues and all blacks practice here during the week. The function rooms are still good for private functions conferences school balls launching of new products.

Nice enough place. Last time I was there I was 15 yrs old. Imagine it's improved massively since.

Went for my sister's work function, the food was amazing. Function room was nice and spacious. Table settings could have been better. The staff were friendly. I wish there was a designated smokers area with seating though. We had to go all the way downstairs, to the front and there wasn't anything to sit on.

I attended the Chinese Yum Char on the 17.12.2017 with a friend. Unfortunately, if your not in here by 10.30am, you and your group will be hard pushed to get seating as it fills up very quickly. Cost for 2ppl. $60.00 Also around 3 weeks ago I was lucky enough to attend the last night trots held at Alexandra Park. While the group went to make their millions I went and had dinner at the sports bar. It was a buffet style meal which was extremely filling. To top it off the desert was nice and tasty. The coffee was an extra cost. Cost pp. $20.00

Was quite well set up with big TAB room and all the other races. A bit smokey inside as the smoking area was directly outside open ranch slider
