Disgusting service. The lady on the reception has got such a foul mouth and needs to be taught some manners. The way she spoke to a minor was absolutely disgraceful. Would not recommend this business to anyone!

Can I suggest that staff use manners and be polite instead of making the customer feel like they're just a pain in the butt. After all, we're there to give you our money. Very disappointed.

just spoke to who ever it is you have on the desk over the phone, i was asking to speak to someone to open a builders acc. and she told me i was a waste of time! your business is a waste of time.
