Alberta's in Mapua is a great place to unwind for a coffee and a yummy treat. The coffee was nice and hot, and had a full flavour. The chocolate brownie was delicious. Looking forward to coming back!

Had an awesome Brunch at #albertas #albertasmapua today. Sadly, the main menu, 'Big Brekkie', was devoured before a photo could be taken LOL. Kai was scrumptious, as was the kāwhe and smoothie. It couldn't have been any better. Service was outstanding, not a long wait, despite being really busy and both inside and out full of diners.
Had takeaways one day and sat down the next. Coffee is excellent, but was quite a long wait both times for coffee and the second day they forgot one of them. Noting they were busier on the Sunday than the Monday we went I also ordered a date scone and it was fairly dry. Beautiful spot though.
Great coffee at the right temperature! The team were super friendly and accommodating and helped us keep a few kids entertained whilst we enjoyed a coffee or two. Thanks!
Beautiful blue sky day, sat on a comfortable outdoor sofa seat and enjoyed a GREAT coffee and scone. The let down was the rude, abrupt staff member who served us. I couldn’t quite believe it. As we sat we heard her being just as sharp to the next lot of customers sitting along from us. We heard them mutter ‘ we won’t hurry back here’. It was a real shame as apart from that it was perfect.

Wow. What a wonderful dining experience, all around. The staff are incredibly kind and knowledgeable, the coffee was superb, the green juice was so refreshing, and the eggs benedict were to die for. Not only was the food amazing, it was also beautifully presented. We left wanting to come back to try other dishes on the menu!
