Visited this store on the 10th and again on the 11th of June. Both times experienced very slow service in regards to order fulfillment. The young lady working the coffee machine was really taking her sweet time to do the orders and moving at a snails pace same woman both times.
Lovely staff and lovely coffee. Couldn’t ask for much more also don’t sleep on the chocolate muffins, insanely decadent

Good drinks, staff don't quite listen properly to orders though asking for no cream. Lighting needs to be improved in the store, dark and gloomy vibe like its night inside even on a bright sunny day!!! Compare to other stores around you
Great coffee in Nelson
Good coffee and fairy cakes but the service was pretty slow. One worker seemed to have a lack of interest in being there.
Any time I get the chance to go to this Starbucks I go and always get a frappe the staff are amazing. they make me a special frappe thats not even on the menu. I must go there to often all the staff know me by name and what I drink without saying a word. Keep up the great job.
Can't go wrong with Starbucks. Great value, especially the kids fluffys, less than half the price of other coffee shops.
Great for a quick cuppa and a bite or a spot to catch up with family and friends.
Had a Chai latte and a cake. Latte was great and cake was lovely. Staff were really friendly and polite
