4.5 Stars. Fantastic Malaysian restaurant with very authentic food. The food takes me back to my childhood and all of the wonderful Malaysian flavours my mum's cooking used to contain. The beef rendang here is as good as I've tasted anywhere in the world. While the service is quite good, the restaurant does feel a little untidy and tacky - the only thing stopping it from being a 5/5.
Amazing Malaysian food, massive portions and so tasty. I had the seafood laksa and there was two types of noodles and loads of seafood, I'm stuffed! If you aren't starving I recommend getting one dish between two and maybe a side or two. I can see why it's so busy and all the locals seem to eat here which is always a good sign.
Nice local joint for a dose of South East Asian comfort food! Strong flavours & extensive choices! The downsides are the appalling rude service, hygiene and crowded ambience. You have to grab your own cutlery & fill your own water. Nevertheless, we come back for the authentic flavours & quick comfort food fix, the food doesn’t disappoint!
Food is very big portion and delicious. Menu is big with a variety of food, more type of Malaysia food and mix with Chinese. Service is fast. Love the online order function through Apps, it is very helpful and make it fast. Overall, cheap and worthy for the price.
Average price and flavor. The food delivery is instant but not hot enough for the fired taro cake. And the taste of seafood soup and tofu soup is average. It’s not a bad idea in the rush.
They have an extensive range of Malaysian food to choose from. Quite unusual to find such a range in one place even in Malaysia. The food was good however the Hainanese chicken rice wasn't their best. We had two dishes and a pack of mixed Kueh for take away. The bill came to about $44.Food: 4/5
Walking in you could tell this was a favourite to the locals. A wide selection of food. The place was well ventilated even on a hot day. Malaysian food done good here PS VERY GOOD PORTION SIZESFood: 4/5
Enjoyed the Malaysian dishes here. The portion’s big and worth the money. Would love to come back to try other dishes on the menu.
Amazing foods and the amount is huge. The only problem is seating, which is overcrowded due to high volume of customer. Long waiting time to get seats. It would be great if the management would expand their space in future.
Albee’s kitchen easily becomes our favourite place for Malaysian food. The highlights of our meal are bak kut teh pork ribs soup, beef rendang, Village fried rice, and teh terik. The pricing is reasonable and the food is very good.Recommended dishesRendang Beef
