Can get very crowded at peak times. Outside peak times it's a large lounge with a good selection of food, drink and coffee. The staff are friendly and helpful, but they kind of have to be. The view out to the runway is fairly restricted, but it is nice and close to the departure gates.

Great staff at this lounge - they really look after you. Breakfast menu had scrambled eggs, sausages, mushrooms and baked beans. Also had the usual selection of cereals, fruit and pastries. Coffee staff make awesome coffee and the ratio of cleaning up staff is better than the international Koru lounge. They are always picking up used dishes and glasses - fantastic to see.

Average food, standard selection of alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages, super crowded can hardly find a place to sit comfortably, services were good. Okay baby changing facilities.

More open and modern than Wellington's Koru, and more equipped than Christchurch's. If it had Christchurch's larger bar and coffee area as well as the stunning views it would get another star, but the windows look out onto an aircraft walkway and, at time of writing, are pretty grubby.

Its really nice place to stay while travelling. It has many facilities like food,wines,business centre,shower etc

Nice quality of food and friendly staff makes the day perfect.
