I am really satisfied with the service African Dreams Holidays & Travel has provided me this far. Very understanding. I found this place on google and they are really great. I have booked two trips and I am booking more. I have referred them to my family. Glad I found them.

My wife and I are very dissatisfied with the treatment we received from African Dreams.
We booked land arrangements on the island of Reunion but not all the services we paid for were provided.When I requested a refund they were most unhelpful and it took them
almost 3 weeks to verify that we had not been given "The Meet & Greet" for which we had paid.Our whole experience with this company was unpleasant.
They are obviously  not interested in customer satisfaction.My advice is to avoid this company.I have written evidence to back up my comments.
Almost a year after publishing this comment I was contacted by a member of the staff
and offered an apology and a small compensation which we accepted.Better late than never.
