Very big car park for parking. So getting into the gate you go from centre road and you will see a small door. That's the way to the office.
On the 16th of July in bentleigh east one of your drivers was driving wrecklesly on the road and came into my lane and kept driving towards me. I had to hold the horn continuously so he wouldn't hit me as I had nowhere to go. I have called in to complain and left a message however I've not had a call back to further discuss. Your driver's also hit my partners vehicle in the past and fled the scene. Shows you the care your company has to the general public.
The buses are always really slow, late or ridiculously early. Especially the 824 bus, where multiple times I’ve waited for a bus then it never shows up, then I wait for the next one 20 mins later then that one arrives late too. I missed my sister’s Christmas performance because the 630 bus driver was driving at like 20km/hr and was 9 minutes late and made me miss the next bus. Please do better
I like Ventura in total, the staff are good polite and helpful. Easy access in and out, I wish the business was open 24/7 . I hope some day …
Visited to enquire about an item lost while travelling in one of their busses. The staff went out of their way to help me find it. Couldn't have asked for better customer service!
