Pretty disorganized. I called and emailed ahead to rent a bike, and a tag a long for my five year old, and asked what info I could provide to expedite the process when I arrive. Bruce asked if I needed a helmet, to which I answered 'yes'. When I arrived, he didn't have anything ready to go. He had one of his guys find the bikes (I had to show the guy which one is the tag a long). Then I waited 30 minutes while he figured out how to attach the tag a long to the bike. Bruce didn't help much to expedite the process, and expressed little concern for the amount of time we had to wait. This directly impacted our time riding the bikes, because we had to get home for dinner. When we returned, I let Bruce know I was unhappy about the wait. He offered a free rental next time, but I don't have any interest in going back.

I should have trusted my instincts. The place is run by a guy who treats you like an idiot, which maybe I was for letting them service my bike. He appears to employ mainly novices and even he if seems to want to appear 'cool' and 'laid back' or something in the end he is still charging you for what in the end is a very poor quality basic service. I made the mistake of using them and won't go back.

Have an open mind when coming here, it might not be the service or shopping experience you are used to, but the guys here will do what they can to get you on the road without breaking the bank. They have an extensive collection of parts new and used, it may look a bit chaotic but there is a higher chance they can put something together that will work if you are stuck on the road Would use their service again

Awesome services and cheap. I asked for checking my front brake, but they checked everything, adjusted my speed system, brakes and wheels. And the price is half of other bike shops I went.

These guys are complete Muppets. Bunch of young kids mainly who are learning about bikes and not good attention to detail. The bike we got there was poorly built, bits falling off, dangerous to ride and we always wait ages for the guys to sort themselves out. Not a great experience unfortunately although I know other people have. Probably if your looking for a odd spare part this is a good place to go but complete bike build...nup
