Location is awesome-only a 20 minutes walk along the Yarra to Rod Laver Arena. Really close to Parahn market and Chapel St shopping. Staff super friendly and rooms modern. My issue is that the rooms weren't as clean as I would expect. Our room had hair in the shower, and some dirty marks on pillows. The fibreglass chairs on the balcony have deteriorated and so when we sat on them both of us broke out into fibreglass rash! 😥 I would stay here again because of the location; I'd just be wary of those chairs!

Room is not so bad. Very nice staff. The bathroom is not super clean though (toilet seat marks). Air-conditioning sounds like a hovercraft unable to take off. Can hear people walking above me.

The staff at Adina South Yarra have been beyond helpful and our rooms were perfect for our trip to Melbourne for the National cheerleading competition. Thank you.
