Highly recommend. Ask for Jayne Lynch at Active Plumbing Design for superior professional planning advice and ideas, feedback, ordering and handling of any issues that might arise. Very satisfied with the project from the moment we walked in to discuss with Jayne to the on-time finished bathroom project.
We purchased a vintage 1940's sink that needed new valves and handles. The sizing for the valve openings was such that finding replacements was difficult. We took the sink to the store, and an employee took the time to measure the related dimensions and went through a catalogue with us to identify viable options. After finding one we liked, the employee placed an order and contacted us when the order arrived. We installed the valves and handles and they fit perfectly.
If you can't find it at Lowe's, we send them to you.
Chagrin Falls counter worker was one of the worst, rudest person I have ever experienced. I own several companies and have never been treated in such a disrespectful manner. I needed to return some fittings and was screamed at that he could not provide a credit. I certainly will NEVER use this company again and will spread the word in the community to follow my lead.
Helpful friendly counter staff. I'm not a plumber or anything like that so I'm not a big account. But I was still treated well and they took the time to find what I needed to get the job done.
This is the Best place for Plumbing Supplies! Great showroom! Christine in the showroom is a design genius! The people here are the Best! Quinten and Greg go beyond the call of duty to please the customers! Quinten is a Customer Service Guru! Greg is one of the most knowledgable and friendly people I know! As a plumber for 15 years, it's my favorite place to get parts!
