Steve came over to look at a bad roof leak. He diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it on the spot. We had very heavy rain the following night and the inside of the house remained completely dry—massive relief! He’s obviously very busy and we appreciate him fitting us in. Steve was professional and an excellent communicator. He’s also a nice bloke. Highly recommended.
