The staffs here are really wonderful! We got our rear window broken unexpectedly, and the team helped us to patch the car, for free! Very friendly and chill, from the mechanics to the receptionists. An unexpected problem, but makes me really love the friendliness of the Devonport people!
Very friendly crew, helped me on the spot. Removed a chip from windscreen that impressed the socks off me. Can't even see where it was! Also had a quote for a new windscreen, and with all the technology that is not cheap. Glad it could be fixed so professionally. Premises looked very clean, spacious and organised and all staff were very friendly, welcoming and professional imho.
Had a fantastic customer service experience and help from Duncan, who, needed some help from a co-worker & some scaffolding to do our high-set lounge area windows and 3-piece sliding door…a pantry window got treated too and now it doesn’t feel like a oven either…..returning later in the afternoon to see my wife to make sure she was happy with the product and how it looked….very happy. With the blinds down and the tinting we don’t feel like we’re cooking inside in the morning….5 ’s .

I had the most spectacular experience with these guys. They were prompt and professional with their quote on our house. Duncan knew his products well and his advice was spot on. When they came to do the job they were on time and took the care needed to do it right and cleaned up after themselves. Duncan was fantastic it's easy to see why he is a manager.
friendly staff always do a great job, weather it is replacing a windscreen or even tinting windows, just ring them and they a happy to help.
Had my Subaru windscreen replaced and when they done it my cameras had to be recalibrated and I got a certificate . Got my tinting done there as well they do a great job.
