Every time I attend the Gungahlin office, I leave feeling grateful for knowledgeable & caring staff. I've always been seen quickly.nThree times I have been assisted by Shelley. She is the perfect blend of professional, capable & compassionate.
Not the best, vague front of house staff who couldn’t explain things properly. Then when after I got my ticket & spoke to one of the staff dealing with an access Canberra matter. He did not talk loud enough, was mumbling & very quiet. Not the type of staff any customer would want when dealing with important matters like this.
I’m unsure why every time I call Access Canberra, I get no help and the complete runaround call this person, except it’s the wrong number or a person who isn’t even related to the information or just the complete wrong information. It almost seems like most of the people working here are either incompetent at their job and know nothing or are just super lazy. As a government service you need to do better.
Rude service .No knowledge about the service. She refused to even give general information about the license. Manager especially working for Gungahlin should take proper action on this type of customer service.nStaff do not put their name badges there so they will be on safe side .nIf u do proper service there is no need to hide who u are .nNo proper attention and careless towards their jobs.nnReviews are here from a year and still no action taken .nStill the same service.
The lady at front desk African, not a racist comment towards her but was so rude and unprofessional to us upon general enquiry. It was around 10:50am. While asking for a simple question she got mad on us and referred to manager as if it was a big deal. If she didn’t have patience to serve people then she is not supposed to be at front desk for public service. Her daughter was there at her workplace for their personal reason. Instead of serving us she was into her personal matter. She behaved as if she was superior at work. She was so so arrogant.She was so unprofessional on her duty. She is a public servant and should have helping nature but she was such a terrible person to deal with. Thanks to her for ruining my day with such a rude behaviour. Google does not allow to give negative star, otherwise the service I got at this place don’t even deserve 1 star.
