The attitudes of some of the staff here are appalling - very arrogant and rude. I don't know what's given them the idea that they're better than everyone else but the manager needs to send them to customer service training, or maybe just teach them a bit of humility. They have all these signs around telling customers not to be rude or aggressive, but clearly there should be signs for the staff too! Maybe the reason customers are behaving like this is as a response to their haughty, superior attitudes.nnFirst lady I came across African heritage? was rude and abrupt; all of the above remarks apply to her. I actually checked the website first and had all the required documents, but she still treated me like an imbecile whose very presence seemed to aggravate her immensely. When I sat down, taking some long breaths to hold back the anger, I noticed she was also treating a trainee staff member like she was a complete moron. She was so impatient with her. This person shouldn't have power over anyone else, so get someone else to be supervisor or tell her that when someone starts a new job, they don't know what they're doing, so don't expect them to. It doesn't mean they're stupid or incompetent; it just means they're learning. I'm sure this lady would've been the same when she started.nnAfter an unpleasant experience with her, I was seen by another lady Indian/Nepalese? who spoke to me like I was a child or a moron, or maybe a moronic child - take your pick. To be fair to her, I'll bet they get a lot of people coming in who are frustrating and don't have a clue what's going on, but still, be discriminate, don't paint us all with the same brush. Not once did she smile, even when I greeted her with one. At the end of the paperwork bit, she showed me where to go for a picture, said, 'just wait here', then walked away, no goodbye and still no smile!nnI've given 2 stars though because I did get my stuff sorted without too much of a wait. I'd warn anyone coming here to get ready for some bad attitudes and arrogance - bring along your patience and check the website first to see what documents you need to minimize how long you spend here with these unpleasant people.
I am just writing a review about the guy I spoke to on the phone just then. His name was Caleb, and I want to give a warm shoutout to this guy. Best professionalism I have ever encountered in any work place; was more than helpful, and overall a delightful guy. If you get the guy named Caleb in person, or on the phone. Just know you’re going to get the best treatment of your life. Cheers Caleb. GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE!!
I went into Access Canberra Gungahlin service centre to complete my Ps test, and I had a great experience with my driving examiner, Samson and all the staff that had served me during my visit. The customer service is exceptional.
I had weird experience with customer service staffs which is disappointing.They tried to help me but with full of attitude & behaviour. I saw in there is written kind and respect but i found non of them in staffs. Kindness and respect is free.
Staff should learn some basic customer service skills rather than just acting arrogantly. If you don’t like your job please resign and leave it someone who could do the job better!
