Have to renew my licence. Was greeted by profesional, polite young lady. Was directed to counter 9. Harsh was kind, polite, profesional gentleman with excellent customer service. In 3 minutes all was done. Thank you all who help me.
Gave it one star only because I couldn't give it zero. Inept customer service. Came to obtain a driver's licence and ended up spending an hour getting the run around by stupid staff who, despite admitting that their systems were wrong, couldn't update those systems to reflect correct information about my circumstances. I was told to wait until they would call - no timeframe was given.
I have moved from nsw to act recently. I was holding lerner for bike and car. I took a course in upright in queanbean with act address and they said i can get red p from acess canberra if show they proof of address. I took course went to acess canberra. They told me to bring nsw lisense history. I got and went there. They holded me there for almost 1 hour and said they cant transfer then told me to act lerner course and road worthy test which i have already done. I told them that i did that already but thei Don't wanna do once they thought it cant be done. Wastage of money on liscense history and time. They don't cleary sayas at first . Its really terrible
Steve the dude with the ponytail and bald spot has to be the rudest and most infantilising public servant I’ve ever come across. I’d be embarrassed to act the way he does in private, let alone in a customer facing job.
STAFF WAY TOO RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Have all the documents but still? Are they making sure or having a hard time at workplace. Really, they need to be professional and serve people well. Working at such firm, you need to have positive attitude.
Tina is really kind and helpful. Although the other lady who served me before Tina said “You need three forms of IDs” and left. Now I know why the ratings are diverse.
I have never seen less professional and sleazy customer service staff. In my opinion they couldn't run a chock raffle. They are even worse if you ring as they either don't comprehend the question or they transfer you and then you leave a voicemail which nobody responds to anyway. They even have a separate section for housing clients which shows no respect,duty of care or inclusion The mental health system in Australia is deplorable.I read recently there is nothing between the GP and the psych ward. I have been employed for 20 years working with different categories of vulnerable people.The teamleader of the heart team Allison should be sacked and the CAT team in emergency at Canberra Hospital severely hurt a small lady. I have worked with vulnerable people for 20 years and I still haven’t received my renewal card. This means I can’t work as I have decided to go back to Wellways where they actually show respect,dignity and duty of care. My manager Cabrini and Lachlan above her actually support vulnerable people properly. I was their whistle blower as medication is vital for a person’s mental and physical health. Tom the team leader at DVCS put in a referral for me for victims of crime and I have a wonderful psychologist. I was very sad to hear Tom had left as he was a very caring human being. . I have experienced DV for over 35 years from my sleeve bag ex husband Robert Leslie Kirkness I have NEVER in my life met a more despicable inefficient bunch of thugs as theCAT team. I believe Allison the team leader of the heart team should be sacked. Both hospitals need to stop traumatising people with a mental disability or someone will bring the whole system down. Thanks for letting me summarise access Canberra. I have a lot more comments but I don’t have anymore time to waste.
Pandemic killed it all! Don't get me wrong. People working there are not bad people. Time to time they may act as any other human. But this Pandemic made the biggest damage. We can only hope it will ever come back to normal again! We all understand mask, distance , this and that may be mandatory. Do we think.. working, and trying to help general people. Should also be mandatory at some point. What we do for living may not do any harm to ourselves, if we don't do it right. But it effects a hell lot to the other person's life. Despite all this we are still in a lucky country. I really hope coming genaration can say the same.
Had a horrible experience yesterday at access Canberra. The lady with the long blonde hair who was at the front door is the rudest person I’ve ever met in my life. She was unprofessional and disrespectful. It seemed like she don’t want to help the customer and was compelled to do the job. I would like to give 0 star for her service.
