Had to use the services at Access Canberra today, such a lovely set up. I went in first thing and got seen straight away pays to be early. The lady was so friendly, did not at all make me go fill out forms and come back, she helped me through it all. Friendly staff, great service, that is a transport service.
Usually dealing with these kinds of services are frustrating but I had a smooth and simple experience. There was a really nice lady there with straight light brown hair who helped me. She was really friendly and helpful, and was very patient with me. Made it all stress free for once haha.
I have been to Access Canberra on a number of times in recent months and have always found the staff to be attentive, courteous, and efficient when assisting with my queries. Importantly, waiting times were kept to a minimum, even over the lunchtime period.
I went to get my L licence on 15th of August 2024 it was pretty busy so I was waiting for a while however it’s not the waiting which was the problem it was in fact that I had not received my licence after a month I was supposed to get it in 28 days. Went back and was told that they have to remake my licence which I then had to wait even longer for. Not happy.
What a change, last time I waited and waited. At the new front desk I was greeted and passed on to the relevant person at the desk. My issue quickly dealt with and the information I needed given to me. Thank you Alison.
