Jordan and his supervisor were extremely polite, helpful and professional. They stayed beyond closing to help me sort out a registration issue. I was really impressed with their attitude and service. Thank you.
Impressive system makes working through a large volume of customers very efficient. There's a ticketing system but helpful staff greet you up front and give you the right ticket. When it's really busy extra staff approach people who are waiting, to help get all the paperwork ready to hand over once your number is called.nAnd there's even free bottles of water available at the front desk.
Had to wait a while for my ticket to come up, as these services usually are quite busy.nnHowever, the environment was clean and bright, the staff were polite and efficient and once it was my turn I had my ticket processed and sorted at lightning speed.
Had to use the services at Access Canberra today, such a lovely set up. I went in first thing and got seen straight away pays to be early. The lady was so friendly, did not at all make me go fill out forms and come back, she helped me through it all. Friendly staff, great service, that is a transport service.
Went here to ask about getting photo id card and seeing if I can receive my licence in the mail quicker transferred to an ACT licence recently as I need these for a passport in a very limited time frame. A worker said there are no printers for licences and id cards, etc in the state of ACT and everything for Access Canberra is printed in NSW, which is why it takes up to 21 days to get delivered. I asked if I could get my licence delivered quicker or see which stage of processing it’s at, which was a no. Just disappointed that even in emergency cases nothing can be done and thought in Australia’s Capital we’d at least have printers at Access Canberra locations, quite archaic.
